There's alot of potty humour and while they pay respect to the CaptainUnderpants books by including so much of it, there's only so many timesyou can laugh at Professor Poopypants as an adult. It's hard tofind a balance between calling back to the source yet compete in acrowded big budget animated movie market. Krupp pledges to put a conclusion to their inconvenience. But he does not yet have evidence that they were the initiators of numerous drawings.
Dreamworks really did a great job offollowing the art style of the books but presenting a great lookingmovie. But they were both really good and they bothflawlessly delivered the jokes yet brought warmth to their characters. So to see it transported to the big screen would be a challenge. Krupp wants to punish friends. This is going to work for kids and adults who rememberthese books but this movie also puts in way more effort than it had to. JordanPeele and Kristen Schaal round out a solid voice cast and they weregood in their supportive roles. I could probably do with less wild animation action which leads a great switch during the climatic fight scene.
