Un-cooporative operating officer,Non-functional pay machine, bad stench, water flood.. well the short of it is that I will not recommend this parking lot to anyone or suggest any one experience dealing with the attendent here. For the fee you pay here There are other parking spots nearby to choose from in this area. No personal experience is same by other but I hope no one experience what I did when I parked here. The long of it: Sunday evening, after dinner in the city, I returned to the parking lot to get back home. The ticket machine, surrounded by bad stinch which the rain flood from earlier seemed to have failed to wash away, took the bills I inserted for the duration of my parking; but it still showed I had balance remaining. So I called the help line and went to the attendent on duty. As a service, a simple apology; but more importantly his action to let me out was what I was expecting; however without attempting to understand what had happed with the faulty machine; he said that to get out I had to pay the balance as showed by the machine. When I explained that the machine took my bills but did not add them to my blance; he refused to believe me. He was still looking at the data the faulty machine was showing. In addition he said he would not let me out. At that point I felt I was being held unlawfully under arrest. What was said to me then-after was defamatory and morally degrading remarks;a good day ruined , distressed like never before. I did get out but I hope to never cross path with this mob again.
